@bo Thats a good thinking but looking at the present situation and the present govt .. i dont expect any positive outcome in near future … Only god can help manipur …

I beleive in empowering ourselves other than depending on a system. My idea is that if we can set up a private sector which would harness solar power and provide electricity to the masses that would mean a great deal of help to our unemployment crisis along with improving the economy and standard of living.

I really dont understand why manipur is still in dark age! I really dont understand why the responsible person are so careless … 2012 is coming … seems they know its no use wasting money for a few more year ..when we are managing without power for years ..
